We are hiring FP&A- SAPAC for Bangalore Location.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Planning & Forecasting

  • Lead weekly and monthly forecasting, annual budgeting the SAPAC region.

  • Coordinate forecast & budget submissions (Sales, Orders, COGS & OPEX) and ensure timeliness, accuracy, and consistency with global FP&A standards.

  • Consolidate regional forecasts, identify risks and opportunities, and clearly articulate drivers and assumptions.

2. Performance Management & Analysis

  • Perform variance analysis vs. budget, forecast, and prior year for sales, orders, gross margin and OPEX.

  • Provide actionable insights on sales trends, order intake, margin performance, cost drivers, and working capital (AR, AP & Inventory).

  • Support management reviews with clear commentary and executive‑ready analysis.

3. Business Partnering

  • Act as a finance business partner to SAPAC leadership, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and APAC/CN Finance teams.

  • Translate financial results into commercial insights to support pricing decisions, resource allocation, cost optimization, and growth initiatives.

  • Challenge assumptions and proactively flag financial impacts of business decisions.

4. Reporting & Systems

  • Prepare and review forecast decks, management reports, and analytical models used by regional and global leadership. (monthly close, annul budgeting, etc.)

  • Ensure data integrity across FP&A tools and systems (e.g., consolidation, planning, reporting platforms).

  • Drive continuous improvement in reporting efficiency, transparency, and standardization.

5. Governance & Control

  • Maintain strong financial discipline and documentation around forecasts and key assumptions.

  • Support internal and external audit requirements related to planning, forecasting, and performance reporting.

  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and internal controls.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline

  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in FP&A, regional finance, or commercial finance roles

  • Proven experience managing multi‑country SAPAC portfolios

  • Strong knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis

  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with planning/reporting systems highly desirable (One Stream, People Planning, Power BI, etc.)
