Your Role
You will join the Clinical Pathology Laboratory within the Development Chemical and Preclinical Safety organization as a motivated Research Associate. In this vital position, you are responsible for generating high-quality clinical pathology data to support the safety assessment of innovative drug candidates during nonclinical development. You will perform routine analysis, including hematology, clinical chemistry, coagulation, urinalysis, and immune cell phenotyping on preclinical samples. Additionally, you will set up and validate new multicolor flow cytometric panels for immunophenotyping. You must handle instrument calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Working in a multidisciplinary environment, you will review analytical data for strict compliance and collaborate with scientists to deliver timely study results.
Who You Are
- Degree in biology, biotechnology, or equivalent field.
- Proven hands-on experience with flow cytometer operation.
- Skilled in instrument compensation, acquisition, and analysis.
- Experience in biomedical, pharmaceutical, or CRO labs.
- Strong attention to detail and data quality commitment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Team-oriented with effective communication capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in dynamic, cross-functional environments.
- Falling under protected categories (Law 68/99)
Salary Package:
- Annual Base Salary (RAL): €32,980 – €38,000
- Categoria CCNL: D - C
- Variable Compensation (AIP/SIP)
