About the Data Team
Riverside’s Data & Analytics team believes there’s a better way to make data useful than just creating endless dashboards. We focus on in-depth analysis and building scalable, trustworthy data solutions that help every team make faster, smarter decisions. From analytics and business intelligence to data pipelines and predictive models, we turn raw information into real impact. What you will be doing
- Lead a team of 4 analysts and partner directly with the CRO, VP Marketing, and other GTM leaders to deliver high-impact analytics that accelerate growth.
- Define and lead a data strategy that turns insights into fast, confident decisions across the organization.
- Push AI-powered analytics to new heights. AI is already part of our day-to-day, and you'll push it further through research-driven AI initiatives that scale the team's impact well beyond what we could achieve without it.
- Own core business metrics, improving visibility, accountability, and decision speed.
Develop and retain top talent, building a high-impact analytics team.
What will make you stand out?
- 5+ years of experience as a marketing, sales, or product growth analyst in a technology company
- 2+ years of managerial experience in a technology company
- Proven business acumen, with the ability to connect business goals to data strategy and drive high-impact decisions across the organization.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
- Fluency in common statistical analysis methods
- Proficiency in SQL
- Detail oriented, with a track record of success in quantitative fields
- A big picture thinker
