Operations Manager Graduate (Logistics)
As an Operations Manager Graduate at DHL Supply Chain Hungary, you’ll develop rapidly into a future operations leader!
During this 2-year structured program, you will gain end-to-end experience in warehouse operations and logistics management. You will rotate across key functions and roles, building a deep understanding of how a successful logistics operation runs while developing your leadership skills step by step.
You will work closely with operations leaders, shift managers, and cross-functional teams, taking on real responsibility from day one.
Your role:
· Shadowing different operational roles at various sites, shadowing business development, solution design and operations excellence teams
· Learn operational and functional procedures with the support of a mentor
· Take active part in daily operational activities at sites, support business development and solution design in their daily activities, run operations management system implementations
· Get real life insights how additional support functions cooperate with operational teams
· Working closely with site leadership team
· Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
· Bachelor/Masters/Higher school-finished with degree-not later than 1 year or student before finishing the studies
· Hungarian and English language
· Work experience in logistics/production (more than welcome)
· Analytical and problem-solving skills,
· Leadership attributes,
· Excellent communicational and organizational skills
· Eager to develop career in supply chain,
· Willingness for working in shifts
· Feeling of responsibility for own and colleagues’ actions
