What You’ll Be Doing

As a trusted HR partner, you will:

  • Provide expert advice and challenge to managers on complex people matters
  • Manage and analyse ER cases, identifying trends and insights
  • Deliver engaging training on employee relations and employment law
  • Partner with legal advisors on complex employee relations issues
  • Stay ahead of employment law updates and HR trends
  • Drive performance through LEADS processes, including succession planning and talent development
  • Lead and support organisational change initiatives (e.g. restructures, TUPE, relocations)
  • Build capability by identifying skills gaps and delivering development solutions
  • Use data and insights to influence decision-making and improve performance
  • Champion digital HR tools and drive adoption across the business
  • Coach and develop managers to build confidence and consistency in people management
  • Build strong, trusted relationships across the business and wider DHL network

What We’re Looking For

You’ll bring a blend of experience, commercial thinking, and strong people skills, including:

  • Proven HR experience (or leadership role with significant people responsibility)
  • HR Business Partner experience within a large organisation (desirable)
  • CIPD Level 5 (essential) | CIPD Level 7 or Master’s (desirable)
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations
  • Excellent influencing, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate insight into action
  • Resilience and confidence managing complex, sensitive situations
  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • TUPE knowledge (desirable)
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
