About the role

Kerry Group is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Reward Business Partner to support the reward agenda across the Middle East and Africa (MISA) region. In this role, you will help ensure global and regional reward programs are delivered accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with local regulations. You will play a key part in implementing initiatives that are culturally appropriate and competitive, supporting talent development and business priorities in a dynamic and evolving environment. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in reward operations within a high-growth, multinational setting.

Key responsibilities

  • Execute global and regional reward programs, including annual compensation cycles, benefits enrollment, and recognition initiatives.
  • Utilize market insights and regional trends to support the development of impactful and locally relevant reward solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with local legislation and adherence to global governance standards.
  • Partner with HR teams to build reward capability and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and analytics to monitor reward program effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to ensure smooth delivery of reward processes and resolve issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for benefits administration and market data surveys.

Qualifications and skills

  • 3–5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS platforms.

Desirable

  • Exposure to multinational environments and regional complexity.
  • Familiarity with Middle East & Africa employment regulations.
