About the Position:
We are looking for a Process Launch and Production Planning & Control Manager join the Process Launch Management dpt. in Propulsion team, reporting directly to the Plant Manager.
This position is based at our office in Kechnec - Slovakia.
As the Process Launch and Production Planning & Control Manager, you will lead the coordination of new product industrialization and production planning to maximize efficiency and meet quality, cost, and timing targets. You will drive continuous process improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards within a dynamic automotive environment.
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Overseeing the launch and industrialization of new products, ensuring manufacturability and achievement of quality, cost, and timeline goals.
- Planning and controlling production processes, optimizing work cycles, staffing, and resource allocation.
- Monitoring performance indicators, analyzing labor productivity, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards (IATF 16949, ISO 14001, OHSAS) and supporting audit preparations.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to satisfy customer requirements and drive operational excellence.
What Qualifications you will bring:
- Engineering degree and proven experience in automotive production, project coordination, and team leadership.
- Advanced knowledge of industry standards (IATF 16949, ISO 14001, OHSAS), quality core tools, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal), along with proficiency in MS Office tools.

- Ability to perform detailed process analysis (FMEA, Reverse FMEA, PPAP, control plans).
- Stress resistance and strong sense of responsibility.
- Interest in working on new projects and driving continuous improvement with production teams.
