Monthly reporting for the Board of Directors, Executive Committee and all Business / Commercial teams.
Monitor and define management KPI´s that facilitate the analysis, interpretation and decision making.
Monitor the planning and control tools in the various countries in which the company operates, thereby contributing to greater ease of analysis and interpretation of the various KPIs.
Monitoring of the main financial indicators, especially the income, debt and working capital accounts.
Prepare a management tool that allows the correct estimations of the monthly rolling forecasts.
