Job Description
Under the supervision of the Referrals Lead and Medical Records and Referrals Manager, the Referral Coordinator is responsible and accountable for processing referrals service requests from patient and healthcare providers. The candidate will work with all functions related to all authorizations and acts as the liaison between patients, healthcare providers, insurance, health programs, and IPAs within the network. He/she will work closely with health care and/or referral team to identify and resolve problematic issues and concerns to ensure smooth referral processes, while maintaining customer satisfaction and adhering to client's core values.
