To manage sales area performance cooperate with MPC

Lead all resource at sales area level and to ensure all running well align to target

Coordination with other support function to ensure target achievement

Manage & motivate MPC team (Distribution Service, Availability & Visibility)

Tracking & monitoring Distribution Service daily
-
Manage sales team to execute excellence distribution
-
Manage sale team to implementing merchandising guideline

Leading sales team to achieve target
-
Coordination & Motivation team everyday
-
Executing trade/channel program from HQ/Area/Sales Area
-
Manage & maintain continues growth (creativity to get the new point of income)
Requirements
-
Preferably someone whose home-base in Ciamis area and willing to travel within areas
-
Background education min. Bachelor degree in any major
-
Having min. 3-5 years experiences in Sales & Marketing field especially telecommunication industry or retail
-
Great leadership skill and good interpersonal skill
-
Good knowledge of local market, customer & outlet need, local competitors
-
Good understanding of sales, distribution, market and competitor analysis
-
Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills
-
Understand product knowledge, trade/channel program & branding outlet
-
Understand & implementation of sales application
-
Mandatory to have driving license (Sim A)
