Job Description
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Retail Management, or a related field.
At least 2-3 years of experience in sales operations, data analytics, or revenue optimization, preferably within the telecommunications and data-driven role supporting postpaid sales or revenue management.
Proven track record in postpaid sales growth, customer retention management, and revenue optimization strategies.
Experience in executing sales campaigns, brand positioning, and driving cross-functional collaboration in a telecommunications environment
Strong background in sales performance tracking, postpaid revenue analysis, and operational sales support. Experience in forecasting, budget control, and customer insights reporting to optimize sales strategies.
Strong knowledge of Postpaid Sales Execution, Revenue Growth Strategies, Sales Performance Analytics, and Data-Driven Decision Making.
Expertise in Customer Experience Enhancement, Churn Reduction, and Market Expansion for Postpaid Services.
Sales & Revenue Analysis – Ability to track, analyze, and optimize postpaid sales performance through data insights.
Customer Needs Assessment – Strong ability to understand customer behaviors and recommend postpaid solutions.
Data Analytics & Forecasting – Proficiency in using sales performance tools and financial modeling for postpaid operations.
Process Optimization & Compliance – Ability to streamline operational workflows and ensure adherence to sales policies.
