Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
- Give support to the HR Team in current recruitment processes, from job scoping to onboarding:
- Post job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Actively search for suitable candidates.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and follow up with candidates as needed.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate availability with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain and update recruitment information and track recruitment metrics.
- Prepare necessary documentation for hiring.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (preferably).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Detail-oriented with good time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English, spoken and written (B1 as minimum).
