Head of Support and Technical Deployments – Private Cloud

• 10+ years of experience in technical deployment, application configuration, or solution engineering roles, with at least 5 years in a senior/leadership capacity. • Deep understanding of multi layer application stacks, configuration management, performance logging, and environment validation. • Strong architectural understanding of enterprise application deployments and integration touchpoints. • Experience with scripting, automation, and configuration orchestration—hands-on for LD software, oversight for non LD tooling. • Strong knowledge of monitoring and diagnostics for application-layer components (logging, performance, usage metrics).
