Lead, Business Intelligence

• Lead and manage the Business Intelligence team supporting the In Store Audits group • Own end to end delivery of ad hoc and custom BI reports and visualizations • Ensure high-quality, timely insights aligned to specific in store conditions • Set priorities, allocate resources, and manage delivery commitments • Partner with stakeholders and Circana clients to translate business needs into BI solutions • Mentor and develop team members while driving best practices and standards
