Claims Processing Clerk
Schedule: Full-Time Shift- Monday- Friday 8:00 AM – clean desk (based on business needs)
Training Schedule: 4-week paid training
Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour- please note this rate may be below your state’s minimum wage. Consider this when applying
Job Summary
We are hiring a detail-oriented Claims Processor to support a fast-paced healthcare team. This role is onsite in office and requires strong accuracy, time management, multitasking skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities
- Review emails and Microsoft Teams messages at the start of each shift
- Log into internal systems and begin processing claims as they come in
- Accurately enter and review data in a high-volume environment
- Monitor team chats and adjust workflow based on team needs
- Complete assigned tasks and meet productivity goals
- Follow scheduled breaks and lunch per company policy

Requirements
- GED or HS Diploma
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test
- Ability to pass typing test of 45 wpm or more
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Adaptable and able to shift priorities quickly
- Proficient with computers and data entry systems

The estimated hourly rate for this role is $15.00.
