Job Description
The Service Delivery Manager (Operations Manager) manages all aspects of operations in their designated Service Center, with a strong emphasis on Customer Service and profitable growth. Will support the Market Manager in delivering Sales Growth, with particular focus on the ‘Tailgater’ segment of their respective market. The Service Delivery Manager will also work collaboratively with other areas of the business to ensure a positive involvement in Supply Chain planning, Training and Development, Receivables, Safety, Quality and Procurement.
