  • Ensure security controls such as authentication, authorization, logging, and monitoring are embedded by design.
  • Support Information Security initiatives through workflow orchestration and data-driven automation.

Artificial Intelligence & Advanced Automation

  • Evaluate and apply artificial intelligence and intelligent automation to enhance security and identity use cases, such as decision support, correlation, and exception handling.
  • Ensure responsible and secure use of AI technologies in alignment with Lam security and governance requirements.

Collaboration, Governance & Enablement

  • Partner with Identity, Information Security, IT, and business teams to deliver automation solutions aligned with enterprise priorities.
  • Contribute to automation governance, including lifecycle management, reuse, and technical standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and architectural oversight for automation initiatives within Enterprise Security.

Who we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in automation, systems engineering, security engineering, or enterprise architecture.
  • Experience designing and delivering automation in complex enterprise environments.
  • Demonstrated experience transforming business process into AI enabled workflows

Preferred qualifications

  • Familiarity with APIs, event-driven architectures, and orchestration frameworks.
  • Exposure to AI-enabled automation or intelligent decision systems in security or identity domains.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical designs to diverse audiences.
