Accountabilities:
- Drive new business growth within enterprise-level target accounts by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and closing strategic deals.
- Manage complex end-to-end sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, executive decision-makers, and cross-functional buying committees.
- Develop deep expertise in digital transformation, AI-driven customer engagement, and customer experience technologies to position solutions effectively.
- Partner closely with business development and internal teams to nurture inbound leads and expand opportunities within assigned territories.
- Deliver compelling product presentations, value-based selling strategies, and ROI-driven business cases tailored to client needs.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with enterprise customers while identifying opportunities for expansion and continued partnership.
- Utilize data-driven sales methodologies and strategic account planning to optimize pipeline management and forecast accuracy.
- Collaborate with sales leadership and internal stakeholders to refine go-to-market strategies and contribute to overall business growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 6 years of SaaS sales experience, with a strong background in enterprise-level solution selling.
- At least 3 years of experience selling into financial institutions, contact centers, or customer experience technology environments.
- Proven track record managing complex B2B sales cycles and consistently exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDIC or Command of the Message.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills across multiple channels.
- Ability to navigate highly consultative and strategic sales processes involving senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Analytical and strategic mindset with the ability to position solutions through measurable business impact and ROI.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Must be located in Southern California.
