What We’re Looking For
Trillium Health Resources has a career opening for an IT Business Integrations Senior Analyst to join our team! The IT Business Integrations Senior Analyst is responsible for State-required reporting and contractual deliverable submission. This role collaborates with business teams to provide support by resolving issues, answering questions, and participating in project initiatives. The IT Business Integrations Senior Analyst assists with project management efforts, coordinates with external vendors, and identifies opportunities to improve operational efficiency and streamline daily processes.
On a typical day, you might:
- Submit operational reports and contractual deliverables via appropriate systems in a timely manner with extensive attention to detail
- Download reports requiring corrections, share with IT and Business teams for updates, and resubmit within required timeframes
- Download updated technical documents to maintain up-to-date documentation internally
- Analyze information support and participation needs to deliver outcomes that match business needs and IT capacity
- Assist IT Business Integrations Director with various projects as assigned

Qualifications
Required:
- Associate’s degree and minimum four (4) years’ experience in business analysis, IT or business operations, IT or business reporting, or data analysis. Requires certification. Applicable certification(s) may be substituted to equivalent degree and experience requirements; OR
- Equivalent combination of education/experience.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must reside within North Carolina.
- Must be able to travel within catchment as required.
Preferred:
- Certification in Project Management Institute (PMI) PMP or PMI-ACP, ITIL, or International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) CCBA or CBAP, Certified Scrum Master (CMS), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, or an equivalent certification will be accepted.
