Job Description

We are seeking a Wiper System Design Engineer for the Operator Visibility Team (OVT) to support design and development of wiper and visibility systems for cab platforms. The candidate should have experience in mechanism design, packaging, and integration activities.

Key Responsibilities

· Design and develop wiper systems and visibility-related components.

· Perform packaging studies and interference checks.

· Create and modify 3D models, assemblies, and manufacturing drawings.

· Coordinate with suppliers and cross-functional engineering teams.

· Support issue resolution during prototype and production stages.

· Ensure compliance with visibility and safety standards.

· Strong Creo modeling and detailing experience.

· Experience in wiper system/mechanism design.

· Understanding of sheet metal, plastic, and assembly design.

· Knowledge of automotive or heavy equipment visibility systems.

· Exposure to DFMEA and engineering documentation.

Preferred Skills

· Experience in operator visibility regulations and standards.

· Exposure to Windchill or other PLM tools.

· Immediate Joiners Preferred
