Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Automotive HVAC Engineer to support HVAC system design and integration activities for cab platforms. The ideal candidate should have expertise in HVAC components, routing, packaging, and thermal comfort systems.

Key Responsibilities

· Design and develop HVAC system components and assemblies.

· Perform routing and packaging for ducts, hoses, and HVAC units.

· Create detailed 3D models and manufacturing drawings in Creo.

· Coordinate with suppliers and validation teams.

· Support prototype builds, testing, and issue resolution.

· Ensure compliance with performance and quality standards.

· Strong Creo experience in HVAC design and integration.

· Knowledge of HVAC systems, airflow, and thermal management.

· Experience in automotive/off-highway vehicle HVAC design.

· Understanding of sheet metal and plastic component design.

· Familiarity with GD&T and manufacturing processes.

Preferred Skills

· Exposure to validation/testing activities.

· Experience with PLM tools such as Windchill.
