Key Responsibilities
- Permit Management: Understand & interpret air & water permit regulations, interpret permit & approvals, manage development, renewals, modify, deconstruct permit applications
- Emissions Tracking: Collect, consolidate, and verify daily, weekly, monthly, and annual regulatory reporting and permit tracking records.
- EPA/Regulatory Reporting: Calculate emissions and perform reporting using EPA / regulatory guidelines, emission factors and supplement reporting
- Data QA/QC: Perform QA/QC checks on emissions / regulatory data across all assets or sites to ensure accuracy, also identify and filter out errors during sampling and analysis and escalate data or delivery quality related issues.
- Identify, develop and implement improvement opportunities for data handling, evaluation, reporting or project processing.
- Partner with project/customer teams to proactively anticipate and address compliance needs
- Consolidate reports/tracking records as per daily, weekly, monthly, semi-annual, and annual requirements and timely submission to stakeholders
- Manage multiple projects of varying scales and complexity.

Work Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Petroleum or Chemical engineering or relevant engineering field.
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of direct environmental engineering experience within the upstream, midstream, or downstream oil and gas sector.
- Expertise in Air Compliance, Air Pollution Monitoring, GHG Accounting, ESG Frameworks, Water Permits, Water and Wastewater Management, EIA, Environmental remediation and Waste Management
- Strong understanding of state and federal regulations for oil & gas related environmental data reporting requirements specifically for US region
- Understanding about the P&ID's, PFD's, major and minor equipment details, and operations of the oil and gas industry
- Proficient in MS Office suits and relevant environmental reporting software and databases like EDMS, CEMS, Sphera, Velocity EHS, etc.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of team
