Key Responsibilities

• Design and development of applications built on Java technologies for healthcare domain, this is a cross functional activity.
• Should be able to understand/learn architecture and design of existing enterprise applications developed mainly using Java/Springboot/Microservices and develop cost effective and sustainable solutions.
• Take ownership of assigned jobs that are part of new feature implementations, bug fixes and enhancement activities
• Technical communication with internal and external stake holders will be part of job

Work Experience:

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

• 2–4 years of experience in designing and developing scalable software applications.
• Strong programming skills in Core Java along with hands-on experience in JUnit testing frameworks – Mandatory
• Solid experience in building and consuming REST-based Microservices – Mandatory
• Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and design principles – Mandatory
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar – Mandatory (or willingness to learn)
• Working knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker – Mandatory
• Exposure to test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Protractor, or similar – Mandatory
• Basic understanding of DevOps practices (build, deployment, monitoring) – Mandatory
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Good communication and collaboration skills

Desired Skills:

• Exposure to Kubernetes for container orchestration
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Understanding of microservices architecture patterns and distributed systems
• Experience with monitoring/logging tools in DevOps ecosystems
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to system-level/infra-related development
• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Exposure to system-level engineering or platform teams is an added advantage
