We are seeking a Liquidity Analyst to support a bank-wide transformation initiative focused on implementing a new liquidity management solution (SAP Fioneer). This role is responsible for documenting business processes, procedures, and system usage as the organization transitions from manual to technology-enabled workflows.
This is not a traditional Business Analyst role focused on requirements (e.g., BRDs, user stories). Instead, it is centered on process documentation, procedural writing, and stakeholder collaboration.
Project Context
Enterprise-wide initiative impacting all banking products (retail, capital markets, etc.)
Transition from manual liquidity management to SAP Fioneer solution
Focus on intraday liquidity and cash management processes
No existing documentation — all procedures must be created from scratch
Key Responsibilities
Partner with business stakeholders to understand current and future-state liquidity management and cash management processes
Document end-to-end processes, procedures, and system workflows from scratch
Translate stakeholder input into clear, structured procedural documentation
Create process artifacts such as:
Process maps / workflows
Procedural guides
System usage documentation
Reporting and operational instructions
Support documentation for a newly implemented SAP-based liquidity solution (SAP Fioneer)
Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to extract information and validate documentation
Iterate on documents based on feedback and incorporate review comments
Leverage tools (including AI/documentation tools) to efficiently produce high-quality deliverables
Work independently to drive meetings, gather information, and complete deliverables
