About the Program
We are looking to fill our programs with original thinkers and innovators from all degrees of study. The program is structured to help you identify your focus areas. We will provide tailored training sessions to build and strengthen your technical and soft skills - accelerating your personal and professional career development. Expect to contribute from day one and have an impact on the business.
Program Eligibility
You are a resident of Papua New Guinea and will be or have graduated in 2026.
Your Grad Journey
You will start with us as a graduate intern commencing in August 2026.
You will complete a rotational program to help you learn about different parts of our business. It is packed full of different roles, teams and project experiences.
As you near the end of your program, our team will provide you with a Career Transition Series to prepare you for the end of your Grad experience and assist you in putting your best foot forward when looking for post-program roles.
How to Apply
Step 1: Online Application
Your application will take approximately 10 minutes to complete and must be submitted online.
You will need to COMPLETE ALL sections of the APPLICATION FORM and UPLOAD a PDF or Word version of your resume, a copy of your Academic Transcripts and your Identifications. (NID & Birth Certificate)
Step 2: Online Assessments
If your application has progressed, you'll be invited to complete a series of online assessments with a 48-hour deadline to complete.
Step 3: Phone Screening
Should you progress to this stage, you'll be invited to complete a short, phone interview. This stage of the process will take approximately 20 minutes of your time.
Step 4: Assessment Centres
The final stage of the process may take up to 3-hours of your time and will be either virtual or in-person. This will involve an interview, group activity and business-related case study.
