Massage Therapist – KSA Based (Filipinos - FEMALE ONLY)

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and professional Massage Therapist with proven experience in the Saudi Arabian market to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in providing high-quality therapeutic and relaxation massage services while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and professional standards. Saudi residency is mandatory, and applicants must present a professional portfolio or certifications of previous work and experience.

Key Responsibilities

-Provide professional massage therapy services, including relaxation, deep tissue, and therapeutic treatments, in accordance with company standards.

-Assess clients’ needs and recommend suitable massage techniques and wellness treatments.

-Ensure a comfortable, safe, and relaxing environment for clients at all times.

-Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and cleanliness in treatment rooms and spa areas in compliance with KSA regulations.

-Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and professionalism.

-Maintain accurate client records, treatment notes, and appointment schedules.

-Promote wellness services, packages, and spa products when required.

-Collaborate with spa and management teams to improve customer experience and service quality.

-Ensure all massage equipment, oils, and tools are properly maintained and organized.

Required Qualifications & Experience

-Saudi Residency (Iqama) is mandatory.

-Minimum 2–5 years of proven experience as a Massage Therapist, with hands-on experience in the Saudi market preferred.

-Certified qualification in Massage Therapy, Wellness Therapy, or a related field.

-Strong understanding of professional massage techniques and customer care standards.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to work in a fast-paced and client-focused environment.

-Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Portfolio Requirement

-Applicants must provide professional certifications and/or a portfolio showcasing previous experience.

-Portfolio may include certifications, spa experience, client feedback, or examples of wellness services provided.

-Experience working with spas, wellness centers, hotels, or luxury salons in KSA is highly preferred.
