Can you speak confidently in Bahasa Malaysia and English with customers?

Responsibilities:
Generate new sales from the sales lead provided through business calls
Make outbound calls and cold calling to sell products
Qualify sales leads through calls
Sell to commercial customers and applying the correct solution and sales approach
Maintain effective communication with prospects and have a proactive follow up scheme
Constantly looking for new ways to improve your sales performance by listening to your own calls and testing new sales techniques
Requirements:
Min SPM holder, Diploma, etc
Proficient to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English confidently to customers
Experience in telesales, telemarketing sales is required.
Experience closing sales via phone calls.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, negotiation skills to deal with the customers.
Able to communicate with people at all levels with an independent, proactive, positive, hardworking and driven with a can-do attitude.
Possess a service-oriented customer service mindset with excellent telephone etiquette.
Motivated by earning commission.
