We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development / Sales Executive to identify new business opportunities in Vietnam, build and manage a pipeline, and drive revenue growth. You will work closely with internal teams to develop account plans, generate leads, and close deals for Cartrack’s products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across assigned territories/verticals

  • Prospect and qualify leads (cold calling, emails, networking, referrals, events)

  • Build and manage sales pipeline in CRM; track progress and forecast accurately

  • Conduct product demos and presentations to customers/partners

  • Develop account strategies and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders

  • Negotiate proposals, pricing, and contract terms to close deals

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Operations, Customer Success) to ensure smooth sales execution

  • Gather market feedback and competitor insights to improve sales approach

  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of experience in B2B sales / business development (preferred)

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Ability to work independently, manage time, and drive outcomes

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting

  • English proficiency preferred
