We’re looking for a passionate and results-oriented Telesales Agent (B2B) to join our growing team!
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective corporate clients, generate quotations, follow up systematically, obtain referrals, and ensure assigned sales targets are achieved.
Collect and complete subscription forms, coordinate signatures, submit agreements to sales administration, and maintain accurate client data in the system.
Follow up on fitment scheduling, confirm appointments, handle reschedules, and assist clients with service requests including ownership changes, cancellations, billing, and invoicing.
Distribute marketing materials to build brand awareness, ensure service quality aligns with company policies, and continuously update product, system, and industry knowledge through training.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree from any field
Good communication skills in English (preferred)
Minimum 2 years of experience in Telesales, Telemarketing, or Inside Sales (B2B experience is a plus)
Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Independent, proactive, positive, hardworking, and target-driven with a strong can-do attitude
Customer-oriented with strong service mindset
