Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related discipline.
- New graduate or up to 5 years of experience in supply chain planning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively.
- Fluent in English and comfortable in a multicultural environment.
- Flexible, proactive, and able to work under pressure with multiple priorities.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office; familiarity with SAP is a plus.
Job Description
- Support the development and execution of production, procurement, and distribution plans to balance service, inventory, and cost.
- Manage material planning to ensure timely availability of raw materials
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and production teams to ensure smooth execution of plans.
- Coordinate with suppliers to improve delivery performance and material availability.
- Safeguard accuracy of master data and support the maintenance of planning parameters in SAP.
- Monitor supply performance KPIs and provide reporting support.
- Support launch planning for new products and phase-out activities.
