Assistant Service Advisor
Job Description
As an Assistant Service Advisor at Genesis of St. Charles, you will play a vital role in supporting our service advisors to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience. Your primary duties include calling back customers with updates, moving cars around the service area, and assisting with warranty claims. You will be the right hand to the service advisor, helping with any tasks necessary to improve the workflow and enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Assist in moving and organizing vehicles within the service area as needed.
- Support the service advisor by preparing and submitting warranty claims accurately.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service operations.
- Perform any additional duties to help the service advisor optimize daily workflows.
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of automotive service processes is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Positive attitude and willingness to assist the team wherever needed.
