Job Description
This role requires strong leadership and technical skills, specifically with Oracle DB solutions and cloud base solutions.
You will lead key initiatives and projects to ensure high-quality, reliable data for internal stakeholders. The role involves close collaboration with local, regional, and global partners, to incorporate local market dynamics into standardized operational processes. You will work across geographies to drive consistency, continuous improvement, and operational excellence within the production environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as a senior subject matter expert and primary escalation point for complex technical and operational issues, partnering closely with Operations leadership to drive resolution and ensure timely adoption of tool enhancements.
- Having own stakeholder management during incidents and exceptions, leading communication strategies that ensure clarity, alignment, and confidence across business, client, and technology teams.
- Provide strategic oversight of operational communication by delivering executive level project updates, anticipating risks, and proactively addressing client and stakeholder concerns.
- Design, govern, and continuously optimize end-to-end operational processes; ensure robust documentation standards, version control, and exception tracking mechanisms are embedded and sustained.
- Demonstrate deep understanding of execution workflows, applying advanced analytical thinking to identify automation opportunities, scalability improvements, and efficiency gains.
- Lead quality assurance efforts for market setups across regions, ensuring data integrity, consistency, and readiness for client delivery while proactively mitigating potential data risks.
- Act as a critical connector across departments, driving collaboration and influencing outcomes within a highly matrixed organizational structure.
- Champion standardization initiatives and process transformation programs, contributing to the evolution of methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Provide technical and process leadership for the deployment and optimization of the Consumer Information Platform (CIP), guiding globally distributed teams to ensure best‑in‑class implementation.
- Define, monitor, and analyze operational KPIs, translating insights into actionable improvements to enhance delivery performance, data accuracy, and operational discipline.
- Lead effectively in a virtual, multicultural, and geographically dispersed environment, mentoring junior team members and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new capabilities and enhancements, ensuring comprehensive validation, risk assessment, documentation, and successful transition to production.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Product/Platform owner, or a related quantitative discipline with IT.
- Experience with Product/Platform or experience in NIQ Input system (for internal candidate – at least 2 years' experience as SME) will be considered as advantage
- Fluency in English as a common business language, with strong verbal and written communication skills suitable for executive, client, and global stakeholder interactions.
- Proven problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret, validate, and analyze complex datasets to support high-quality business decisions.
- Strong capability to coach, mentor, and train teams, effectively explaining technical and methodological concepts to diverse audiences, including non‑technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Good presentation and storytelling skills, capable of conveying insights, risks, and recommendations clearly to senior leadership.
- Deep understanding and hands‑on experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement frameworks).
- Solid project management expertise, including accurate scoping, dependency management, risk assessment, and proactive stakeholder expectation management.
- Strong analytical thinking and quantitative skills, with experience working with data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, R, and Python.
- Exposure to or working knowledge of SQL/R/Python, with the ability to guide teams in applying these tools effectively for data validation, automation, and analysis.
- Proven ability to operate successfully in a global, matrixed, and virtual working environment, influencing without authority and driving alignment across teams.
