Project Management Professional (PMP®) and Change Management certification (PROSCI, ADKAR, or equivalent).
8+ years’ experience in project and change management, preferably in a global or matrixed environment.
Strong stakeholder management, advisory, and coaching skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication; English, French and German.
Ability to balance global and local priorities, drive behavioral change, and deliver results through matrix teams.
