Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor Oracle Integration issues
Perform first-level triage of failed iFlows, API calls, and scheduled jobs
Validate data flows between Oracle and downstream systems (e.g., payroll systems, third-party vendors, internal mcdonald’s applications like GIA).
Escalate unresolved or critical issues to L2/L3 support or development teams with detailed logs and context.
Support daily health checks for Oracle integration points (e.g., SFTP connections, OAuth tokens, certificates).
Document recurring issues and contribute to operational runbooks and knowledge base.
Collaborate with functional solutions team, Scaled Services teams to ensure integration reliability and compliance.
Participate in shift-based monitoring coverage, including weekends or holidays if required.
