Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-6 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM, with at least 2 years directly configuring payroll and OTL modules.
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes and data management within application.
  • Experience with system configuration, business rule creation, workflow administration, and data analysis in Oracle HCM.
  • Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively with business partners and technical teams.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Experience with other Oracle HCM modules, particularly Time & Labor and Absence is a plus
  • Oracle HCM certification (payroll) preferred.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices is desirable.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a global, matrixed organization.
  • Curious, continuous learner, with a desire to work in a fast paced, evolving environment.
