Job Description
Assists the Department Director in establishing quality as a priority for all Rehabilitation caregivers while maintaining productivity and expense goals. Maintains the management of the Rehab department in the absence of the Department Director. When the Director is present, the Rehab Lead assists in duties of payroll, policy development and review, contract development and review, securing coverage for absent employees and increased caseloads, program development for onsite and offsite opportunities, student assignments from universities and high schools, on-call management for 20% of weekends in the year, and development of yearly weekend schedules for PT, OT and ST.
