You will initiate and monitor prescribed respiratory therapy in the Medigas office and in clients’ homes, ensuring assessment, education, documentation, and follow-up for equipment performance and client compliance Deliver and exchange respiratory equipment in clients’ homes, involving lifting up to 60 pounds Moreover, you shall conduct in-home client visits, including long-distance travel, and in-office consultations with sleep and oxygen clients Conduct respiratory equipment in-service training sessions with various community partners In this role, you will promote Medigas products and services to referral sources and within the medical / healthcare community Build and maintain high-quality relationships with clients and referral sources You are responsible for performing all job duties in compliance with safety standards and company policies Support the training and development of new employees as needed and participate in a regular on-call rotation
