Inside Sales Representative / Sleep Support Advisor

In this role, you will educate clients on CPAP therapy and ensure proper fitting of CPAP equipment Collaborate with the Territory Manager and Customer Service team to meet store sales and margin targets Further, you will work with Sleep Labs to ensure client therapy needs are met and government billing forms are completed and submitted on time Perform customer service activities, including receiving and entering telephone orders, answering questions, tracking order status or product shipments, and resolving issues You shall stock shelves and set up in-store promotional materials Engage with vendors to help educate all staff on CPAP therapy products You will be accountable for providing complete and accurate account setup and pricing data, maintaining the ongoing accuracy of customer information Collect payments to ensure customer accounts remain current
