Production Supervisor, Evening Shift

You’ll be coordinating daily production to make sure all distribution needs are met, including shuttle runs and long-haul shipments across the country Supporting day-to-day distribution tasks is key to keeping everything on track and running smoothly You’ll take the lead on reliability, compliance, quality, and safety programs, making sure all government and environmental regulations are followed It’s important to ensure your team is fully trained and committed to safety and quality standards, working closely with the Compliance Manager on training efforts Keep an eye on production and manpower levels, anticipate any issues, and help develop backup plans while keeping plant management in the loop You’ll coordinate with other shifts to make sure handoffs are smooth and communication is clear You’ll lead improvement plans around production processes, scheduling, overtime, and training, and report progress to management Managing equipment and product quality issues, maintaining inventory, handling shipping documents, and supporting Lean and Operational Excellence projects will also be part of your role
