You should have a vocational diploma in Electromechanics, Mechanics, or something similar to bring solid technical skills Being able to communicate well in both French and English will help you connect with different teams and customers Your experience maintaining industrial equipment like compressors, pumps, blowers, automated valves, cooling systems, and motors will be key to success Knowing how automated control systems work, along with programmable logic controllers, instrumentation, and electrical systems, will make your job easier A strong mechanical background is important to confidently handle maintenance and troubleshooting tasks Be ready to travel within Quebec and Ontario about 30 percent of the time to support various locations Flexibility to work overtime and be on call shows your commitment to keeping operations running smoothly Having 3 to 5 years of relevant experience and a valid driver’s license means you’re prepared to take on this role effectively
