Coating Superintendent

Purpose

• The Construction Engineer is responsible for coordinating all construction activities in project / onsite , facilitating effective communucation between various stakeholders, ensuring they are carried out in compliance with the project HSSE, Quality and schedule requirements.

Responsibilities

• Your responsibilities include conducting the constructability review and provide input to Engineering.
• You provide technical expertise on construction techniques to the project / site team, ensuring best practices are followed.
• You address operational challenges, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to improve construction performance and reduce non-productive time.
• You coordinate the interface and priorities between disciplines to solve construction issues, follow up on the construction status and progress to meet the schedule.
• You ensure lessons learnt are captured, understanding the change impact within and across project system boundaries.

Education

• At least a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field with knowledge of construction principles and processess, and HSSE regulations

Experience

• At least 3 years extensive experience in construction with proven track record of successful project delivery in complex environments, combined with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
