Job Overview

Farmers Insurance is currently seeking a Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our dedicated team. If you are passionate about helping others and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Starting salary depends on experience but starts at $50,000 a year and has quick growth potential!

Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: WE COVER THE COST. Must obtain or possess valid Property & Casualty insurance license in Minnesota within the first month of hire.

Experience: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or insurance industry is a plus.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities with a customer-centric approach.

Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn and grow within the insurance industry.

Availability: Able to work Monday to Friday during regular business hours in our Mankato, Minnesota office.

Responsibilities
  • Client Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their insurance coverage needs and provide suitable recommendations.
  • Sales Support: Assist in selling insurance policies, processing paperwork, and following up with clients.
  • Customer Assistance: Address inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide exceptional service to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Policy Consultation: Analyze client requirements and explain insurance options in a clear and concise manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, update customer information, and ensure efficient office operations.
  • Marketing: Help community reach out to gain business and customer acquisition. Handle Social Media, Google, and agency website.
