Insurance Office Manager
Job Overview
A growing Farmers Insurance agency in Connecticut is seeking an experienced and fully licensed Insurance Office Manager to lead day-to-day operations, support agency growth, and help deliver an outstanding client experience.
This role is ideal for someone who already has a strong background in insurance sales and service, understands agency workflows, and can confidently manage both client relationships and office operations. We are looking for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can help drive production while maintaining high service standards.
Polish-speaking candidates are strongly preferred due to the needs of our client base.
Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Requirements
- Active Connecticut Property & Casualty License REQUIRED
- Prior insurance agency experience REQUIRED
- Strong understanding of insurance sales, customer service, and retention
- Experience managing office operations, workflows, or staff preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently
- Bilingual Polish-speaking preferred
- Comfortable working in a goal-oriented, production-focused environment
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily agency operations and office management functions
- Support new business growth through sales and cross-selling efforts
- Manage client accounts and ensure excellent customer service standards
- Assist with policy reviews, renewals, billing questions, and claims support
- Help train, mentor, and support team members when needed
- Monitor agency performance goals and production activity
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance standards are met
- Build strong relationships with clients and local community members
- Work closely with agency leadership to support continued growth and retention
