Role: Lifecycle Project Coordinator
Department: Automation Lifecycle Services
Location: Remote, United States
This position will be responsible for many of the tasks supporting the lifecycle sales organization, from entering sales orders, coordination of delivery, managing customer expectations, ensuring materials and personnel are coordinated, communicating with customers, and following up on accounts receivable
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate activities, resources, equipment, and information related to Life Cycle Services orders
- Interface with clients and Lifecycle Services personnel to identify and define project requirements and timelines for shipments
- Ensure proper client authorization is obtained for order entry
- Enter sales orders in company accounting system and interface with buyer to ensure purchase orders are issued to vendors and shipments are coordinated
- Ensure clients’ needs are met as project evolves
- Interface with clients and vendors to issue orders, invoices and to collect on past due deliverables
- Monitor and track progress of specific jobs warranty parts orders and assist in organizing part returns and closure of sales orders
- Issue all appropriate legal paperwork relating to specific jobs
- Reconcile all completed jobs and submit for invoicing
- Follow up with the customer to ensure complete satisfaction and identify improvement opportunities
- Support in collections as necessary
- Cross train with Automation Project Coordinator
- Prepare reports as requested
- Participate in company process improvement initiatives as requested by management
KNOWLEGDE & SLILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficient with Microsoft office products (Word, Excel)
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience

WORK CONDITIONS:
- Office & field-oriented position with some overnight travel to project sites required
- Overtime and weekend work will be required periodically
