Job Description
Objective of Job
This role represents end to end responsibility for digital solution strategy, budget control, and delivery governance within PSVP. Own and steer the end to end NEXUS digital solution portfolio for PSV projects, ensuring strategic alignment with MB China Board priorities and enabling data driven decision making across carline, PT, MBOS, ADAS, BLM and RTM. Accountable for digital strategy, delivery excellence, and continuous capability development.
1. Continue to innovate and utilize the existing NEXUS platform for RTM and BLM business to ensure MB products get full market access;
2. Responsible for management reporting on MB’s RTM and BLM business and continuous optimization on business processes;
3. Act as functional mentor for business analysts and solution designers within PSVP, PSVM;
4. Support project managers to define and implement processes;
5. Innovate and define tools to support management decisions more efficient;
6. Manage supplier sourcing process and steer use case development to ensure timely delivery;
7. Manage the smooth operation and trouble shooting on Nexus platform with IT support
Main tasks
1. Responsible for define roadmaps, KPI performances on BLM & RTM digital solutions and smooth operation, including the current released feature and new features development, keep BIP relevant features up-to-date, monitor the system operation status and debug the daily issues.
2. To steer and drive the digital use cases in carline, PT, MBOS, ADAS projects, provide analyze for new use cases from technical perspective and cooperation with IT to realize applications on NEXUS from system infrastructure, algorithm design, data processing etc.
3. To prioritize of digital use cases and roadmap aligned with MBC board priorities, decide solution architecture principles in alignment with enterprise IT; Arbitrate trade offs between speed, cost, and quality across stakeholders; Represent PSVP as final business authority in digital solution scope discussions
4. To create innovated ideas on implementing applications and prepare for future target AI-assisted decision making with cooperation in PSV center.
5. Act as business analyst and interface to IT for PSVP dept.; Establish governance, quality standards, and data accountability mode
Qualification
1. Education
• University degree from Computer Science or Electric/Electronics.
• Fluent English skills
2. Experience
• 10+ years experience in digital / IT solutions, incl. leadership exposure
• Proven experience in leading cross functional teams
• Experience with senior management & Board level stakeholders
• Proven vendor & budget management experience
• familiar with MB’s business processes is a plus
3. Specific Knowledge
• High motivation and flexibility combined with a high ability to work independently
• Excellent organization skills and structured working function
• Proficient knowledge in CS, data engineering, IT infrastructure, frontend develop, data lake players and application agile development ability and mobile development is a plus
• Strong Intercultural competences, team player
• Excellent Intercultural competence and communication skills with various hierarchy levels
