Service/Application Owner

We are looking for an accomplished SAP SD & MD (Master Data) Specialist to lead the order fulfilment and master data management workstreams, providing support for project implementation, ongoing system maintenance, and continuous improvements to our SAP ERP environment. The primary responsibilities will focus on the SD & MD functions within logistics systems (SPM/FSL), with a focus on ensuring operational effectiveness, prompt resolution of critical issues, and the efficient management of business change requests.

This position is vital to upholding the integrity and reliability of our SAP ecosystem, which is essential to our core business activities.

Education and professional qualifications:

· A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required; a Master’s degree is considered advantageous.

· SAP Certification in one or more of the following: S4 Hana SD, SAP CRM is highly desirable.

· At least five years of practical experience in configuration, implementation, and operational support of SAP SD (CRM) module.

• Proven experience in project management, serving as a functional group lead.

Technical & Functional Skills:

· Demonstrated advanced proficiency in SAP S/4 Hana SD module and/or SAP CRM module, including specialised expertise in integration with aATP and/or SCM ATP.

· Extensive experience managing master data, with a strong focus on integration across SAP ECC, CRM, SCM, and EWM platforms.

· Thorough understanding of end-to-end order management processes.

· Proven track record in master data management.

· Expertise in designing and implementing integration solutions between SAP and both SAP and non-SAP applications.

· Outstanding troubleshooting and analytical skills, capable of diagnosing complex SAP issues, identifying root causes, and delivering timely, effective resolutions.

· Knowledge of SAP AI technologies and tools, fundamental ABAP debugging capabilities, and proficiency in SAP Query/SQL for data analysis are considered advantageous.
