Endpoint Engineer

Key Responsibilities • Apply and contribute to technical design activities within accredited architectures and security constraints. • Implement, configure, and maintain Microsoft infrastructure services in line with approved designs and assurance processes. • Provide 3rd line support, including complex fault diagnosis, root cause analysis, and secure remediation activities. • Administer and support: o Microsoft Windows 11 (secure enterprise estates) o Microsoft Windows Server 2019 and above o Microsoft Configuration Manager (MECM) o Microsoft System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) o At least one enterprise grade anti malware / endpoint protection solution • Use PowerShell scripting to automate compliant administrative tasks and improve service reliability. • Monitor systems proactively, identifying operational or security risks. • Produce and maintain accurate, security appropriate technical documentation. • Work effectively within classified environments, adhering strictly to security policies, need to know principles, and approved processes. • Collaborate with cleared colleagues, customers, and authorised suppliers only.
