LPN II, 5 Tower (Telemetry), Part Time, Day Shift

Performs delegated acts to provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Provides and documents nursing care to patients in accordance with the Medical Plan of Care, Interdisciplinary Plan of Care, Critical Pathways, established SRH and Nursing Policies and Standard Work. Functions in a supportive role by communicating findings and resolving work related issues. Performs any other job related duties as requested by Nurse Manager or Department Director. Maintains competecy of unit Specific Code A responsibilities.
