Your Contribution
As a Maintenance Facilities and Security Manager reporting to the Plant Manager, you will be responsible to coordinate and manage the operational activities, programs, functions, services, and budget for manufacturing assets and facilities maintenance including technical and cost/benefit justification.
This role is responsible to:
- Manage preventative maintenance and repair costs for facility equipment
- Analyze manufacturing efficiency issues and conduct problem solving corrective action
- Plan for current and future facility expansion/modification and ensure activities are successfully implemented
- Support Manufacturing staff in product launch activities (MOP, Service Agreements, Facility Requirements).
- Efficiently use of necessary spare parts and budget requirements and assure appropriate stock levels.
- Organize, coordinate, and lead the maintenance activities in support of the Plant Operations, including production equipment and plant Support Emergency Planning/Contingency Plan.
- Budget for Maintenance department expenses (e.g. labor, O/T & stockroom items)
- Administer environment and waste management controls, in accordance with planned ISO-14001 procedures and work instructions.
- Oversee physical Security for employees and property protections
- Manage Facility Security as well as confidentiality of documents and information
- Support and review of security related incidents
- Aid in record keeping and investigations as needed
- Conduct periodic physical security compliance checks of the facility
- Develop Emergency Planning/Contingency Planning
Your Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from a accredited 4-year college or university
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Experienced with SAP 4/HANA
- Knowledge of the IATF 16949 standard as applicable to the position.
- Minimum 5 years leadership experience with a strong background in Production and Preventative Maintenance
- Working knowledge of Plastics Manufacturing Process and production tooling

Compensation Range - $103,000 - $155,000
