Clinical Supervisor (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT)

Exciting Opportunity with Banyan Treatment Centers! We’re seeking a dedicated Clinical Supervisor (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT) to join our clinical team and drive exceptional care in Lake Worth, FL. The Clinical Supervisor oversees the quality and effectiveness of clinical services provided by Primary Therapists and other staff, under the direction of the Clinical Director. This role includes reviewing documentation in the EMR, offering clinical oversight and redirection, guiding therapeutic practices, and supporting the development of clinical programs. The Clinical Supervisor also manages day-to-day clinical operations, ensures regulatory compliance, and fosters a collaborative, high-performing team. You may also maintain a small caseload, delivering direct therapeutic services as needed.
